Shopping Center Sells For $6.75M In Old Saybrook
The 94,175- square foot regional shopping center has been sold, realtors announced.
OLD SAYBROOK, CT — A more than 94,000-square foot shopping center on the Boston Post Road in Old Saybrook has been sold, realtors announced Wednesday.
The Shoppes at Old Saybrook, situated on 8.5 acres at 901 Boston Post Rd. (Route 1) in Old Saybrook, has been sold for $6.75 million, according to Matt Halprin, president and chief operating officer of New England Retail Properties, Inc.
Halprin represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction, according to a news release.

Basser Kaufman Saybrook LLC was the seller of the 94,175- square foot regional shopping center and the buyer is OSJL of Old Saybrook LLC.
The Shoppes at Old Saybrook features regional and national tenants including Ocean State Job Lot, Town Fair Tire, Dollar Tree, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Midas Muffler.
