Joe McCarthy’s New York Afro Bop Alliance Big Band is coming to Clinton Town Hall for Una Noche de Jazz Latino, marking Joe's return to the CT shoreline. Get ready for an incredible evening of Latin Jazz featuring a sneak peek of their upcoming collaboration with Colombian composer and pianist Hector Martignon, titled Dispatch from the New World. You'll also be treated to new compositions celebrating the life of Chick Corea, in addition to some of the band's award-winning repertoire. Featuring an 18-member big band comprised of the world’s greatest Afro-Cuban jazz musicians, this event promises to be an unforgettable evening of joyous, world-class Afro-Latin music!
