The Occupy Wall Street Movement is billed as a "leaderless resistance movment" made up of people opposed to the "greed and corruption of the 1%."
The protesters congregated in Manhattan's financial district on September 17 and the movement appears to be gaining momentum as celebrities and public figures drop in. Other groups have formed to protest in financial districts across the nation and beyond the United States.
