According to the registrar of voters, as of 1 PM today, 1,256 voters have cast their ballots.
That count is just above the amount of votes cast around the same time at the referendum two weeks ago.
"At 12:45 last referendum, we were at 1,136," said June Hansen as she tallied the numbers up. "Voting has been steady, with a little push around 9 and 10 AM, then tapering off around lunch time."
Voting will continue until 8 PM tonight.
