The winning scratch ticket was recently sold at an Old Saybrook business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
WESTBROOK, CT - A Westbrook resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Old Saybrook earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 16, Andrea Dumas, of Westbrook, purchased a $100,000 Cashword 11 ticket from the Citgo in Old Saybrook and won $10,000.
