WESTBROOK, CT — A Westbrook resident won $10,000 playing the CT Lottery. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, won playing the 10X Cash 17th Edition game, a $10 instant ticket.
The resident purchased the lucky ticket at the Valero Gas Station in Westbrook.
There are 126 unclaimed top prizes of $10,000 in the 10X Cash 17th Edition, according to CT Lottery.
