Westbrook Woman Stalked, Harassed School Official: Police

The Regional District No. 4 employee reported receiving multiple harassing emails since December.

A parent faces charges after being accused of sending “alarming” emails to a Regional School District No. 4 employee.

Alicia Davis, 35, of Westbrook, has been charged on a warrant with second-degree stalking and second-degree harassment, state police said.

Davis turned herself in at Troop F in Westbrook on Friday.

Police arrested Davis following a probe into emails investigators described as “alarming” and other attempted communication to the employee between December and January.

The female employee works in the district’s central administrative offices. Police did not identify the individual or her position.

Police received a complaint in early January from the district superintendent reporting that an employee had received multiple emails from Davis.

Davis referenced personal information about the employee, and indicated she knows the individual’s home address, marital status, family status and other personal information, such as a relative’s brain cancer, the warrant states.

The employee told police that Davis “seemingly wished death upon (the relative) which was disturbing.”

In one email, Davis wrote, “May the Lord bless you with the year you deserve. I really pray that the Lord doesn't punish you by allowing your (redacted) to die because of all the harm and abuse you are willing to inflict unto other children,” the warrant shows.

In another email, Davis told the employee, “I hate your guts rightfully so for not doing your job,” according to police, who said Davis used vulgar language in multiple emails.

Davis is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in New Britain on Feb. 7.
