Lisa and Rob Cannon, residents of Weston, are the owners of Bounce! located at 21 Prindle Lane in Danbury. After visiting numerous Bounce! locations and other indoor trampoline parks around the country, their goal was to bring the very best of what is offered to the Fairfield County location.

“We have identified what makes each park great and have implemented many exciting innovations for groups and families to enjoy,” stated Lisa Cannon who will handle all the group reservations for the facility.

Some of the innovations include trampoline Bungee jumps where kids are harnessed in and have a chance to bounce high into the air, dual Bounce! Xtreme Ninja Obstacle Courses with timed challenges, three foam pits in the main jump area, multiple party rooms of all sizes, and a unique parent lounge that includes the ability to watch your favorite TV shows through a cell phone app. Another innovation that will make Bounce! in Danbury a real attraction for parents and groups is a large lofted area that overlooks the facility and houses tables with 40 charging stations as well as an arcade with state-of-the-art games.

Bounce! Trampoline Sports in Danbury will also house an enormous ‘5 and under’ section called Bounce! Jr. This separate area keeps smaller children away from the main court and ensures a less crowded experience for both parents and toddlers. The Bounce! Jr. Zone has its own foam pit and trampoline courts with fun obstacles for the younger set.

“Parents will love coming here because there is something for every age to enjoy while participating in low impact exercise. In addition, parents can choose to get in on the action or watch from our Parent Lounge or lofted mezzanine area while relaxing with a cup of coffee or getting some work done with our free wi-fi and charging stations,” stated co-owner Rob Cannon.

During the Grand Opening Weekend, Bounce! will host a fundraiser for the Caroline Previdi Foundation created in memory of Caroline Previdi, a first grader who was lost in the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy. Her positive and enthusiastic approach to life as well as her concern for others inspired her family and friends to create the Foundation in her honor. Caroline was an expressive and happy little girl who embraced a wide array of activities like soccer, dance, art, and swim team. In addition to her activities, she found great joy in helping other children. It is the goal of the Foundation to provide support to children who lack the financial resources to be involved in extracurricular activities.

“We are thrilled to be selected as the charity of choice for the grand opening of Bounce! in Danbury. Our mission is to make sure that children whose families may not be able to afford to send them for extracurricular activities will be able to get involved, be more social, and participate in physical activities to help them be the best they can be and Bounce! is the ideal partner to move that mission forward,” stated Sandy Previdi, mother of Caroline Previdi. The Bounce! grand opening will offer guests a chance to participate in this new and exciting recreational experience with all proceeds benefiting the Caroline Previdi Foundation. Trampolining has long been known to be an excellent form of exercise; NASA research shows that supervised jumping on trampolines is the “…best physical exercise ever devised by man” proven to tone muscles, burn fat and reduce stress.

Bounce! will offer fitness classes, open jump time, trampoline dodgeball, slam dunk basketball, foam pit jumping, and trampoline training classes taught by qualified instructors. Groups are welcome for fundraising, team building and parties.

Bounce! in Danbury will also feature numerous private party rooms for birthdays and corporate team building, a snack bar, free Wi-Fi and several large HDTVs and closed circuit monitoring of the courts. Bounce! has been built from start to finish to meet all ASTM International Standards of safety.
