DANBURY, CT — Roberto Alves is the projected recipient of a second term as mayor of Danbury, as projected by the Connecticut Democratic Party.

Alves defeated Republican City Councilman Emile Buzaid, in a race where the Democrat war chest far exceeded the GOP spend.
