WILTON, CT — A Danbury man was found with steroids, heroin and a crack pipe after he was pulled over on Danbury Road early Monday morning, reports the News Times. Police say they pulled over <a href="http://www.newstimes.com/wilton/article/Police-Danbury-man-caught-with-steroids-heroin-12214648.php" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Richard Neubauer, 34,</a> after he was seen swerving back and forth over the double yellow lines in the road.
