Danbury Man Threatens Domino's Driver with Gun After Food Arrived Late: Police
The delivery man told Danbury police he apologized but the man said he didn't have to pay and pointed a gun at the driver.

Danbury, CT — The Danbury Police Department said they were dispatched on July 9, 2016 at 11:29 p.m. for a report of a disturbance at 7 Padanaram Road involving a firearm.
Police stated that they received a complaint from an employee at Dominos Pizza that he was just robbed. Upon arrival officers spoke with the Dominos delivery man who told him that Damian Davis, 37, yelled at the delivery man because he was late to deliver the food. The delivery man told police he apologized but Davis stated to him that since the food was delivered late, that he didn't have to pay and pointed to a silver and black handgun that was in a holster on his hip. Davis also told the delivery man that he was the police, according to a report.
Damian Davis was arrested and charged with breach of peace, sixth degree larceny, impersonating a police officer and second degree robbery.

He was released on $5,000 bond and given a court date of July 20, 2016.
