Danbury Nanny Sentenced For Abusing Children: Reports
The nanny was charged with 24 counts of risk of injury to a minor and second-degree assault.

DANBURY, CT — A nanny accused of terrorizing three small children she was taking care of was sentenced to 15 years in prison Tuesday, according to multiple reports including the News Times. Lidia Quilligana, 32, had plead guilty to 24 counts of risk of injury to a minor and second-degree assault.
She was accused of repeatedly torturing a three-year-old girl and her one-year-old twin siblings. Among the abuse included ripping hair out of the children's head, burning the child's hand on a hot stove and beating them.
Quilligana said the child accidentally touched the stove while she was tending to other children
