
Danbury police charged Joseph Penna, 28, New Fairfield, with second-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer, and fifth-degree larceny Saturday at 3:40 p.m.
Penna was held on a $40,000 bond for arraignment Monday.
In an unrelated incident, Danbury police charged Rashad Carl with third-degree assault Tuesday at 9:24 a.m. Police held Carl on a $25,000 bond for court Tuesday.
