Danbury Police: Charged After Tearing Cable Wires off House
Danbury Police charged a man with breach of peace after he argued with his landlord.

Gary Ross, 50, of Danbury, was charged at 7:30 p.m. Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief 3rd. The charges arose after an argument Ross had with his landlord, who shut off Ross' cable. Ross became angry and ripped all of the cable wires off of the residence causing damage. Ross was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on April 25.
In an unrelated case, Danbury Police charged Harry Thompson, 38, at 8:13 p.m. Saturday with violation of probation on a warrant. He was held on $25,000 bond. Thompson also had an additional warrant for third-degree larceny, and was held on $25,000 bond for that as well.
This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
