Applicants Sought For Danbury PD

From the Danbury Police Department: The City of Danbury Police Department has launched a recruitment campaign with the release of application dates, informational sessions, and a new hiring video that takes a light-hearted approach to the hard work and dedication our officers continuously provide to our community.

“Our purpose of this video is to show future recruits that being a police officer is more than just a job. We are looking for individuals who are ready to not only protect, but engage with our community,” said Chief Ridenhour. “To best serve this great city, we rely on the support from the community and the commitment of each of our officers.”

APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED starting June 12th on POLICEAPP.com. You must have a valid C.H.I.P. card to apply. Please check the C.H.I.P. website at www.chip-inc.com for more information. The application process will close on July 31st. All communications must go through PoliceApp.
