
Danbury Police charged Casimiro Rivera, 27, Down Street, Danbury, with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree criminal trespassing Saturday at 5:17 p.m. Police held Rivera on a $1,000 bond. He was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Danbury Superior Court.
In an unrelated case, Danbury Police charged Victor Valdiviezo, 32, Danbury, with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening at 1:51 a.m. Saturday. Valdiviezo was held on a $1,000 bond for an appearance scheduled for Danbury Superior Court on June 16.
