Danbury Police: Threatening, Trespass, Breach

Danbury Police responded to a call at St. Peter's Church, 123 Main St., at 3 p.m. Wednesday on word a man was yelling in the rectory basement and threatening to burn down the church. The man, later identified as David Guerra, 40, Danbury, has previously disrupted the Sunday mass, and was escorted from the church and asked not to return. Police found Guerra in an adjacent parking lot and charged him with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree threatening and breach of peace. He was held on a $2,500 bond.
