Danbury Police charged Kimberly Magi, 47, Smith Street, Danbury, with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at about 3:35 a.m. Sunday. Police held Magi for an arraignment scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday.In an unrelated case, Danbury Police charged Shaina Piermattei, 22, Carol Street, Danbury, with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday Piermattei was released on a $500 bond for an appearance scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday.This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
