Danbury Store Among Recent Liquor License Suspensions

A total of 31 establishments had their liquor licenses suspended between August and October by the Connecticut Liquor Control Commission.

DANBURY, CT — Between August and October, 31 Connecticut businesses, including one in Danbury, had their liquor licenses suspended, according to public information from the Department of Consumer Protection's Liquor Control Commission.

Suspensions ranging from one to 10 days and fines between $250 and $5,000 were meted out for various offenses, such as selling liquor to minors, unlawful conduct, minors in barroom, permit not framed, consumption on premise, fire safety, smoking, improper touching or exposure and sanitation.
