The City of Ansonia terminated their contract with the Danbury-based trash hauler.
Ansonia, CT— Ryan Bingham of the Danbury-based Winters Bros. trash hauling company is claiming that Ansonia Mayor David Cassetti overstepped his authority by ending the contract with the company, according to a report on the Connecticut Post.
Bingham spoke at Tuesday's Board of Alderman's meeting on Tuesday and urged the aldermen to rescind the termination notice that takes effect Friday, according to the report, which stated that the company is filing a $500,000 lawsuit against the city.
