Farrell Communities Offers Local Renters Luxury Apartment Homes
For more than 35 years the company has been a leader in the building, storage and property management.

Farrell Communities offers beautifully crafted residences, complete with modern, sleek, luxury finishes. Our continued success is attributed to the business acumen of Joe Farrell, our founder and president; a team of builders, property managers and support staff who all work together to get the job done right and keep our tenants supported.
Farrell Communities is focused on luxury multi-family properties. It is the newest branch in a business, which our founder has been building over the last 35 years. We are currently building and managing projects in Long Island, Hudson Valley, Connecticut and Florida. We are affiliated with both Farrell Building and Farrell Storage, based out of our office in Bridgehampton, NY.
