Fighting Men Damage Car In Danbury: Police

Police say a crack pipe was found on one of the men.

DANBURY, CT — Two city men were arrested Sunday after they were seen fighting on Bank Street and damaged another person's car, according to police. Officers responded to Bank Street and Foster Street at 6:28 p.m. for a report of a fight in progress, and found that Fabio Silva, 35, and Heliomar Silva, 35 had been fighting.

The two men are not related. Police say the car was damaged as a result of the fight.

Police said that Fabio Silva was also found with a crack pipe.

Fabio Silva was charged with breach of peace, criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia and was being held on a $2,500 bond. Heliomar Silva was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief and held on a $2,500 bond.

Heliomar Silva was also held on a $25,000 bond due to an unrelated case.
