The Chamomile Natural Foods store at 58-60 Newtown Road finally found something it was missing after more than 30 years in business.
It found a tiny corner where it created a fresh vegetable and fruit juice bar.
"We had absolutely no room for it," said Nancy Sherr, co- owner with her husband Barry Sherr, of the organic foods and supplement shop they opened in 1980. "If I'd had the room, I'd have done it a long time ago."
Her staff convinced her it had to be done. So they carved out a tiny counter from the deli, and opened Danbury's only fresh vegetable and fruit juice bar.
