Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued For Inland Southern Connecticut

The weather service said there are several upcoming chances for wintry weather in interior sections of southern Connecticut.

INTERIOR SECTIONS OF SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT — The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for inland sections of Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex and New London counties.

"A light accumulation of snow, less than an inch, is possible late tonight into Tuesday morning. This could make for locally hazardous travel for the Tuesday morning commute, particularly higher elevations," the weather service wrote.

And more wintry weather is forecast for later in the week.
