Immaculate Graduate Monaghan Crawford Passed Away
She attended St. Peters school and was a graduate of Immaculate High School in Danbury.
DANBURY, CT —Karen Monaghan Crawford would like to announce to all that knew her that her work here on this earth is done. She received a short notice knock on the door, a sort of an offer she could not refuse, for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a large sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Her new assignment takes her to a blissful place of peace where she will be guarding over loved ones, dancing, playing with pets, breaking rules and reading her e-books to her hearts content. Music, light, laughter, and love are guaranteed.
Karen will have an abundance of sugars and sweeteners to add to her coffees and there will be no one scratching on styrofoam containers that always sounded like nails to a chalk board to her. Karen left thorough instructions for those she leaves behind to celebrate her life which has now been completed. Low observance to this instruction will not be tolerated. And Sarah & the boys, family and friends, please rest assured that she WILL be watching ! She is whole again and at peace again. Please know that she is a whisper away. Know that she is back in the arms of God and will let you know she's doing just fine, she wants you to be that way too.
Karen was born June 11, 1962, in Danbury, Connecticut, daughter of Patricia Gay Harrah and Richard John Crawford. Attended St. Peters school and was a graduate of Immaculate High School in Danbury, Ct., she later attended Katherine Gibbs School, finishing first in her class. The family of Karen wants to let her know that we wish her a safe journey on the next level and ask openly for prayer and for her to look after us once settled. We will all remember her shenanigans, her smile, her kindness, her sweet soul, her giving heart, her love for life, for her children, friends and family and also colleagues and clients, many of whom over time also became friends.
