John Terrance Jaquith, 67, formerly of Danbury, Passed Away

A Mass will be celebrated in Mr. Jaquith's honor on Sunday, July 24 at St. Gregory the Great Church, 85 Great Plain Road, Danbury.

Danbury, CT — John Terrance Jaquith, 67, formerly of Danbury, beloved husband of Donna (Gillotti) Jaquith, died peacefully in Cummings, Georgia, on Monday, July 4th, after a long and courageous battle with cancer and COPD.

He was born in Danbury on June 25, 1949, son of the late Joseph and Arlyne (Cornell) Jaquith. Terry, as he was lovingly known to his family and friends, was an avid golfer and enjoyed restoring classic cars.

He will be remembered as a kind and fun-loving man with a great sense of humor. In addition to his loving wife, Donna, he will be sadly missed by his two daughters, Lisa Jaquith and Renee Jaquith-Suriani; his granddaughter, Isla Jaquith; his sisters, Jolyne Dube and her husband, Paul, and Jacqueline Taylor. He is also survived by his stepchildren, and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He was predeceased by his sister, Yvonne Bessel.

Mass will be celebrated in Terry's honor on Sunday, July 24th at Noon, at St. Gregory the Great Church, 85 Great Plain Road, Danbury. Terry was deeply blessed during his illness by the loving care of his wife, Donna, and also cousin, Judy.To light a candle please visit www.CornellMemorial.com.
