'Lifestyle' Retailer To Open New Store At Danbury Fair Mall
The international juggernaut is opening a 4,000-square-foot store at Danbury Fair Mall.

DANBURY, CT — Miniso, an international lifestyle retailer known for affordable merchandise and brand collaborations, is set to open a new store at Danbury Fair on Saturday, May 31.
The 4,000-square-foot location will carry a rotating selection of toys, stationery, beauty and skin care items, home goods, electronics, snacks, and accessories. It will also feature products from collaborations with brands including Disney, Sanrio, Barbie, and We Bare Bears.
The plushie paradise is situated on the mall's upper level between T-Mobile and the soon-to-open GOAT USA.

The store’s grand opening begins at 10 a.m. The first 50 customers will receive 20 percent off their entire purchase, with all shoppers eligible for a 10 percent discount throughout the weekend, while supplies last.
The Chinese chain operates more than 250 stores in the United States and over 7,000 locations worldwide. In 2019, it struck a deal with Marvel Entertainment to sell its branded products.

The grand opening of Miniso comes four days following the shuttering of the Vera Bradley outlet at the mall, according to a mall spokesperson. The women's accessories giant had been a tenant since 2012.
Danbury Fair is one of the largest shopping centers in New England, featuring a wide range of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
