Man Choked Driver Who Cut Him Off, Danbury Police Say: Report

Police say the scuffle was the result of a road rage incident.

DANBURY, CT — After he was cut off, a Bethel man allegedly got out of his car and tried to choke a fellow motorist on Main Street Friday night, reports the News Times. Police say Bruno Bastos, 29, followed the car after he was cut off until the driver pulled over near Park Place.

Police say Bastos tried to hit and choke the other motorist during the scuffle. The motorist had suffered minor injuries.
