In Memory of Idalina S. Almeida, 96, of Danbury

DANBURY, CT — Idalina S. Almeida, 96, of Danbury, wife of the late Manuel A. Almeida, passed away on July 13, 2016.Idalina was born in Portugal, daughter of the late Manuel and Josephine Coelho.

She attended schools in Portugal, where she became a Registered Nurse and Mid-Wife. She had worked for many years at the Danbury Hospital and was a member of St. Gregory the Great Church.

She is survived by her daughter Maria R. Correia and husband Joaquim and her grandson Felip Correia of Danbury.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Church.
