Danbury saw minor ponding of water on low streets from Wednesday's rain, and another inch of rain is expected today.
Greentree Toyota moved its cars across Federal Road away from the Still River to avoid any flood this weekend.
"We had one minor outage," said Danbury Emergency Management Director Paul Estefan. Power was knocked out to the Town Hill Avenue neighborhood, including houses on Stillman, Cottage, and Stone Street.
They were out for about three hours.
"CL&P jumped right on it with three crews, " Estefan said. He said another inch of rain is expected.
