New Luxury Townhome Community Set For Launch In Danbury Later This Summer

DANBURY, CT — Toll Brothers, the nation’s largest builder of luxury homes, announced plans for a new 55-and-older townhome community in Danbury. The Meadows Collection will be the final residential offering in the existing Rivington by Toll Brothers development in Fairfield County.

Sales for the Meadows Collection are expected to begin in late summer. The homes, ranging up to 2,594 square feet, will feature three to four bedrooms, including first-floor primary suites, open floor plans, finished basement options, and outdoor living spaces. Prices are projected to start in the upper $700,000s.

“The Meadows Collection will be the final opportunity for 55+ residents to purchase a new construction townhome in the Rivington community, located in one of the most sought-after areas of Connecticut,” said James Fitzpatrick, group president of Toll Brothers in New York and Connecticut.

Residents of the new neighborhood will have access to the Rivington community’s existing 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts, walking trails, and a full schedule of activities. Lawn care and snow removal will be included in the community’s maintenance services.

Homebuyers will be able to personalize their homes at the Toll Brothers Design Studio, where professional consultants guide selections from a wide array of finishes and upgrades.
