New York State Police operating in North Castle, NY, charged Lissette E. Victoria, 23, of Danbury, with driving while intoxicated. Police said Victoria had been involved in a car accident and had a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent. She is scheduled to answer this charge in the Town of North Castle Court, at 6 p.m. Sept. 3. This information was provided by the New York State Police. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
