I have 2 children Emile III and Felipe. They both graduated West Point and proudly served their country during the Iraq War.
Does anyone in your family work in politics or government?
My husband Emile is currently running for Mayor. Has served on Danbury’s City Council for 14 years.
Previous public office, appointive or elective:
I was elected for 2 terms on the Planning and Zoning and now finishing up a 4 year term on the Board of Education.
Why are you seeking this office?
My many years working as an Executive Secretary and 20 years at WestConn as an administrative assistant for the academic vice president make me extremely qualified for this position.

The most pressing issue for a Town Clerk serving the public is to process and keep accurate records.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I have more professional work experience handling important documents.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I can handle this job easily. Serving on the Board of Education as its secretary and holding various BOE committee positions has been crucial to enhancing my professional development.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Give back to your community the best you know how.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I was born in Danbury and graduated from DHS in 1970. I have always been proud to call Danbury home.
