Police ID Danbury Pedestrian Killed By Motorist On Christmas Eve
The Danbury resident was struck and killed near the area of Main Street and Liberty Street.
DANBURY, CT — Police have identified the pedestrian killed by a motorist on Christmas Eve.
The victim was Danbury resident Felix Saquinaula, age 52, police spokesperson Erin Henry said Monday in an email.
Saquinaula was struck while walking in the area of Main Street and Liberty Street around 9:18 p.m.on Dec. 24. First responders found him lying on the road near the sidewalk, and a motor vehicle with front end damage stopped nearby. EMS crews took Saquinaula to Danbury Hospital, where he later succumbed to their injuries.
