Thai Ice Cream Comes To Danbury: Report
A treat sweeping the nation has made its way to the Hat City.

DANBURY, CT — A new ice cream shop specializing in a trendy new way to prepare the frozen treat recently opened on Federal Road, reports the News Times. Ice Monster, specializing in Thai ice cream, boasts a sweet cold treat which began taking the U.S. by storm last year.
The flavoring for your ice cream is frozen to 14 degrees below zero before the cream is poured around it. It is mixed and rolled in front of the customer on the frozen plate, causing it to crystalize.
Then the mixture is then cut into squares and rolled. There are five to seven rolls in an order and they are served into a cup.
