A sirloin prime burger will be the top seller this weekend at Ridgefield Prime.
That's Cody Sperry's take on what most people will buy. He's behind the counter. Next to him is Owner and Founder Ed Bistany, who said on a hot weekend leading into summer, people may go for prime steaks.
"I don't buy burgers out any more. We grind it fresh a couple of times a day," Sperry said.
Ridgefield Prime is located at 113 Dambury Road, between the Kohl's parking lot and the Danbury Road. In addition to prime, in-house dry- aged beef, Ridgefield Prime takes daily fish deliveries.
"I don't sell you Monday's fish on Wednesday," Bistany said.
