Woman Assaulted Two Victims With Pepper Spray: Danbury Police
The motive for the woman's attack was unclear.

DANBURY, CT — A New Fairfield woman was arrested after police say she pepper sprayed two people on Steven and Montgomery Street early Tuesday morning. Syara Parsell, 21, was arrested after police say she pepper sprayed two people while they were walking down the street at around 4:18 a.m.
The victims told police they knew Parsell. She was found with heroin in her possession and her motives for the attack were unclear, police say.
The adult male victim was treated at Danbury ER for his injuries. A female victim was also sprayed.

Parsell was charged with breach of peace, assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, drug paraphernalia near a school and drugs near a prohibited place.
She is being held on a $5,000 bond.
