Two Darien properties owned by Robert B. McKeon, called "one of America's top private equity bosses," who died at his own hand last September, changed hands recently for $13,010,000.
Property at 2 Shennamere Rd. was sold by McKoen's estate for $3.5 million on July 16. On the same day, McKoen's estate sold his 23 Contentment Island Rd. property for $9,510,000. Each property was purchased by the same buyer: Kirribilli L.L.C. of 490 Hollow Tree Ridge Rd. the property transfers were filed in the Town Clerk's Office on July 19.
Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan L.L.C of 500 W. Putnam Rd. in Greenwich handled the sale for the estate.
