Mental Health First Aid Training Scheduled In Darien
The course is designed to give residents key skills to help those who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing a crisis.
DARIEN, CT — The next mental health first aid training sessions in Darien have been scheduled for Feb. 7 and Feb. 8
The interactive, eight-hour certification course is designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem, or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Similar to CPR training, mental health first aid training helps people who don't have clinical training to assist others in distress.
