Upcoming Mental Health First Aid Training In Darien
Similar to CPR training, mental health first aid training helps people who don't have clinical training to assist others in distress.
DARIEN, CT — There are two mental health first aid training sessions scheduled in Darien this summer — one on July 31 and the other on Aug. 1 at EMS Post 53, 0 Ledge Road.
The interactive, eight-hour certification course is designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem, or experiencing a mental health crisis.
