Women's Fashion Brand Founder Purchases Home In Darien
Online property records from the Darien Assessor's Office show a sale date of Aug. 5.
DARIEN, CT — Women's fashion brand founder and influencer Tara Moni and her husband, Tyler, purchased a home in Darien earlier this month, according to online property records from the Darien Assessor's Office.
Property records show a home purchased by the Moni family on Aug. 5 for $3.7 million. The family previously lived in New York City.
The two-story, 3,977-square-foot home, which was originally built in 1966 and remodeled in 1999, was last sold in 2015 for $2,375,000, according to Darien property records. The home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A content creator with over 89,000 followers on Instagram and nearly 950,000 likes on TikTok, Moni is the founder of the women's fashion brand, La Maregold.

On Aug. 4, Moni posted on Instagram that the closing of the home was complete.
"Made our next chapter official today," she posted with a video. "I cannot wait for the moment our boys lay eyes on the sport court in the backyard."
