Daily Five: Breathalyzer Policy, Science Night and Farmers' Market
Five things to know for Monday, April 29, 2013.

1. What's the Weather?Β A slight chance of light rain but otherwise cloudy, with a high near 65. Tonight:Β Mostly cloudy, with a low around 41.
2. Breathalyzer PolicyΒ The Board of Education's policy committee will meet today for a regular meeting. The committee's agenda includes discussion on the use of breathalyzers policy. It'sΒ not clear if the policy discussion is related to an incident earlier this month when seven students were disciplined for showing up to Coginchaug High School after drinking. The meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at Central Office.
3. Science Night at Memorial SchoolΒ 5th and 6th grade students and their familes are invited to attend tonight's Science Night sponsored by UConnΒ Future Educators. Details about tonight's event can be foundΒ here.
4. Durham Famers' MarketΒ Vendors will return to the Durham town green on Thursday from 3-6:00 p.m. for the remainder of the season.Β Here's a list of vendors. Stay tuned to Patch for updates and announcement of special events at the market!
5. Junk Vehicles WantedΒ The Durham Volunteer Fire Department is seeking donations of junked vehicles for extrication exercises. Please call 860-349-3625 to arrange for pick-up.
