"I'm very fortunate the place has been here a long time, been successful for a long time," said owner Bob Pavlick. "I tell people, I say my job is just not to screw it up."

Pavlick has owned the ice cream shop for 16 years. He says his favorite flavor is Cherry Amaretto. Special flavors are advertised on the ice cream shop's cow board. "They're usually the more indulgent, more mixings, tougher to make," he said.
