Daily Five: Rain Possible, Durham's Budget Looms and Patch's New Look

1. What's the Weather? A slight chance of showers after 11 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 56. Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 26.
2. Middlefield BOS Meet Tonight Selectmen have some unfinished business to discuss when they meet tonight at 7 p.m. at the Community Center. The town has been offered $300,000 for the 19.67 acres of land next to Powder Ridge and the ski area's new owner, who had right of first refusal, recently made it official that's he's not interested in buying the property. The sale will need to go to a public hearing and will eventually require approval from residents at a town meeting.

3. Durham Budget Coming The board of finance will present it's 2013-2014 budget proposal on Monday, April 8 at 8 p.m. at Coginchaug High School.
