Daily Five: Lyman Golf Instructor Named One of the Country's Best

2. Golf Instructor Named Top 50 Kevin Cloud, Director of Instruction at Lyman Orchards Golf Center, has been named among the Top 50 Kids Teachers in 2012.

Cloud is one of four Connecticut instructors to make the list but he's our favorite because you can find him right here in Middlefield!

3. Safe School Climate Study Parents and students in Regional School District 13 are being asked to participate in a survey about bullying in schools. The survey is part of the district's Safe School Climate Plan. Results of the survey will be released later this winter.

4. Durham Senator Talks 2013 Legislative Session Earlier this week, Sen. Len Fasano (R-34th) spoke to WTIC 1080's John Rowland about the challenges facing state lawmakers during this year's legislative session.
