Durham Designer Expands to Florida

Durham, CT — Lisa Davenport, principal and designer of Connecticut based design firm Lisa Davenport Designs, is expanding her interior and exterior design talents to the Southwest Florida area.

Since Lisa Davenport Designs was founded in 2012, Lisa’s talents have not been limited to Connecticut. She has taken her firm all over the east coast, including Boston, Watch Hill and multiple Florida locations.

“I established this firm with the belief that design should be a fun, painless, and enjoyable experience," she said. "Part of that experience has been sharing my small town life with clients. Essentially, my own little ‘Mayberry.’ So, when I considered expanding into the Bonita Springs/Naples area, and found that the Bonita Springs tagline is ‘Small town charm, big bright future…’ I knew it was meant to be."

On March 7, Lisa Davenport Designs welcomed Trish DiMungo to the team as a Project Manager for the Bonita Springs Division. DiMungo will be heading up operations in Southwest Florida, assisting current clients and welcoming new clients into the Lisa Davenport Design experience.

She comes to the firm with extensive management and client relations experience, specifically in the interior design field, Davenport said.
