A new business is moving into 28 Main Street, the former home of Durham In Bloom. <a href="http://www.customerschoicefloor.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Customer's Choice Floor Covering</a> is expected to open in mid-April. The business sells marble, granite, tile, wood, and carpet flooring and is owned by Jim Perry. Perry also owns locations in Clinton and North Branford, but is moving his North Branford location to Durham after a roof collapsed at the location recently. Perry was granted a change of use permit by the town's planning and zoning commission on March 20. 28 Main Street was most recently home to Durham In Bloom and has also served as a church and feed store in the past.
