Funds for Durham Cemetery Stone Repair on Town Meeting Agenda
Also on the special town meeting agenda is the transfer of funds into an account for guardrails.

Residents of the Town of Durham, CT are invited to attend a special town meeting taking place at 8 p.m. Monday, March 28, in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room of Town Hal.
Electors and citizens qualified to vote at town meetings may do so, pertaining to the following agenda items.
- To transfer $11,600 from #9280 Cemetery Stone Repairs Reserve to #6005-599 Cemetery Stones for the preservation of historically significant grave markers as recommended by the Board of Finance at their meeting of February 2, 2016.
- To transfer $12,500 from #9360 Planning & Zoning POCD to #6700-513 Planning & Zoning POCD for chapter review of the Plan of Conservation and Development as recommended by the Board of Finance at their meeting of February 2, 2016.
- To transfer $17,000 from #9690 Highway Guardrails to #3010-588 Guardrails as recommended by the Board of Finance at their meeting of February 2, 2016.
- To transfer $67,237 from #9220 Building Reserve to #9450105-57206 Buildings/Library CIP for unfinanced balance/buy down for the installation of interior & exterior lighting, HVAC systems and controls with roof top units at the Public Library as recommended by the Board of Finance at their meeting of March 7, 2016.
- To adopt procedural amendments to the Town’s existing Citation Hearing Procedure Ordinance.
- To pass a Resolution to approve Town Clerk’s application to the State Elections Enforcement Commission’s Municipal Filing Pilot Program
