State police are investigating a hit and run accident in Rockfall earlier this week.
On Thursday, a driver lost control along Peters Lane and struck a utility pole but fled the scene before police arrived, according to a report.
The accident happened around 9 p.m., the report says.
Police were unable to get a complete description of the vehicle but say it was a truck. Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at 860-399-2100.
