Jacques Pepin Visits Deerfield Farm for Photo Shoot
The legendary chef stopped by the dairy farm on Saturday morning with his family and photographer Tom Hopkins to take photos for a new cookbook.
Legendary chef and Madison resident Jacques Pepin made a short trip to Durham's Deerfield Farm on Saturday morning.
Pepin milked one of the farm's Jersey cows as Madison photographer Tom Hopkins snapped photos of him for his new cookbook, according to Deerfield owner Melynda Naples.
Pepin is an culinary icon, known for his many cookbooks, television shows and contributions to the industry.
Naples said it was the second time Pepin visited the farm in recent years. She was given a signed cookbook during the visit.
